Sunday, September 8 Evaluations--South Middle School--7:00 PM
September 11-12 Team Drafts
September 15 Practice Begins
September 28 Regular Season Games Begin
November 10 Regular Season Games End
November 15-20 Playoffs
Ages
This program is for 7th & 8th grade girls. No prior experience is required.
When
7th & 8th grade girls program runs from mid September until Thanksgiving.
Where
Practices and games are held at various District 25 schools
Practices
Teams practice 2 or 3 times a week until the games begin at the end of September. Once games start, they generally play 2 games/week and 1 practice/week.
Games
Teams play a 12-14 game regular season, followed by a single elimination tournament.
Most games are on the weekends.
Weeknight practices and games are scheduled at 6:15 PM or later
team formation
Teams are formed by a draft with the coaches. 9 or 10 players/team.
COSTS
Registration fee is $200/player.
Additional fee of $15 for non-Arlington Heights players.
$15 late fee for players registered after September 20
